We realise projects from a minimum quantity of 1,000 units. This makes initial product launches and test markets easy to implement.
Which standards does production follow?
Depending on product and requirements, production is certified to IFS Food, HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001 and organic standards. We clarify which standards apply to your project during the briefing.
How long does it take from enquiry to delivery?
Depending on the complexity of the project, you can expect around 2 to 4 months. The main factors are formulation development, sample rounds, raw material availability and packaging. You receive a concrete timeline after the briefing.
Are samples available before production?
Yes. Especially for taste and texture, samples are a decisive step: you test the samples, we adjust the formulation – until the version is approved for production.
Which packaging formats are possible?
Sticks, sachets, doypacks, PET jars, composite paper cans or bulk. We match the right format to your product and sales channel.
Which dosage forms are possible besides powders?
Through our Full Service CDMO offering, we also produce capsules, tablets, gummies, liquids, softgels and other dosage forms.
Do you support labelling and regulatory affairs?
Yes. We support you with labels and mandatory information, with marketability reviews – for which we work with an accredited laboratory –, with permitted nutrition and health claims, and with the notification of food supplements to the German Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety (BVL). Legal responsibility as the food business operator placing the product on the market remains with the brand owner.
